A small team, and everything you need to check us.
We ask merchants to trust us with how they get paid. That is a lot to ask from a website, so here is who we are and how to verify every claim on this site without taking our word for it.
The team
Vesta is operated by Greystone Consulting Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Behind it is a small team covering engineering, security, merchant support and the commercial side.
We built Vesta after watching how much a business has to hand over in order to get paid, and how little say it has when a payment company changes its mind.
We are deliberately small, and we would rather say that than dress it up. If you write to us, one of us reads it — there is no support queue and no ticket number.
Why we built it
Every card payment adds a company that learns who your customers are, holds your money before passing it on, and can stop doing either without much explanation. For most businesses that arrangement is invisible until the day it isn't. We wanted to find out whether a payment could work without that party existing at all.
It can, with real trade-offs, and we write those down rather than hide them: what your processor knows, and what we don't.
How to check us
Nothing below requires trusting us. Each one is something you can open and read yourself.
- The contracts that move the money are open source (MIT) and printed in full on the contracts page, verified on independent block explorers so you can confirm the code shown is the code deployed: 0xA420b90709c087089a3c981E7EC93a30D50bE001
- What happens if we disappear is written down, with instructions you can follow without us: what if Vesta disappears?
- Its balance is always zero. Because payments go straight from your customer's wallet to yours, the contract never holds anything. You can check the balance at any moment on the same page, or on our security page, which reads it live.
- The 3% fee is read from the contract, not from our marketing. It cannot be changed quietly behind your back.
- What we store is written down in full — every field, nothing omitted: our privacy architecture.
- Every payment is a public transaction on Base. You can confirm any payment you receive independently of anything our dashboard tells you.
What we are not, yet
Vesta is an invited-merchant pilot on Base with real USDC, capped at 60,000 USDC per payment. Our contract has not had an independent security audit; that is on the list before we open it up beyond invited merchants, and we will say so plainly here when it happens. Our contracts are open source; our application code is not, today. We are not a bank, an exchange or a custodian, we cannot reverse a payment, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
If any of that is a problem for your business, we would rather you knew now than after your first payment.

We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key or a password. No email that genuinely comes from us ever will.
