Pilot terms.
Vesta is running a limited pilot with a small number of invited merchants. These short terms apply until full terms are published.
Pilot terms. Full terms of service naming the operating entity and jurisdiction will be published as the pilot concludes.
- Pilot limits. Vesta runs on the Base network with real USDC. Payments are capped at 60,000 USDC each during the pilot, and merchants take part by invitation. Blockchain payments are final: check amounts and addresses before you confirm.
- No guarantees. The service is provided as-is during the pilot. It may change, pause or reset without notice.
- Your wallet, your responsibility. Payments settle directly to the wallet address you enter. Vesta cannot reverse a blockchain transaction or recover funds sent to a wrong address or network.
- Acceptable use. Vesta may not be used for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours, and merchant accounts may be closed at Vesta's discretion during the pilot.
- Fees. The Vesta fee is calculated by the payment contract (currently 3%) and may change for future contracts. It is not refunded when a merchant refunds a customer.
